We want you to shop with confidence! Below you’ll find our return and exchange policies explained step by step, so you always know what to expect.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase! In the rare case that something doesn’t work out, we make returns and exchanges simple.

  • You have 21 days from your purchase date to return or exchange your item(s).

  • Returns/exchanges must be registered by the 18th day to ensure processing within the 21-day window.

  • Final Sale items include:

    • Custom items (tees, sweatshirts)

    • Direct-to-You shipping items

    • Items ending in .99

    • Items marked “Final Sale” collection

Domestic Returns: Online Return Center Portal

  • All domestic returns must be submitted through the Online Return Center Portal.

  • Once approved, a prepaid label is emailed to you.

  • Label fee: $8 per return, deducted from your refund once processed.

  • Non-eligible items will appear greyed out in the portal.

  • All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

International Returns

  • Contact us at returns@slaydonandrose.com for all international return requests.

  • International returns are eligible for store credit only and require prior approval.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer.


Eligibility & Return Guidelines

  • Merchandise must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, free of odor/perfume.

  • Must be received back within 21 days of purchase date (no exceptions).

  • Returns must be submitted & approved through the portal within 18 days.

  • Tags: All Slaydon & Rose tags must remain attached.

  • Shoes: Must be returned in original shoebox, undamaged. The shoebox cannot be used as the shipping box.

  • Final Sale items (including items ending in .99) are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Shipping costs: Non-refundable; return label fee deducted.

  • Price adjustments: Not offered.

  • Portal approval: Required for all returns.


Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges if the size you need is available.

  • Submit your request in the Return Center.

  • Email us at returns@slaydonandrose.com with the item name and new size.

  • If available, we’ll process your exchange.

Other options:

  • Receive store credit to choose a different item.

  • Want to swap for a different item?

    • If the new item costs more, we’ll invoice the difference.

    • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.


Return Process

  1. Submit Your Return Request

    • Use the Return Center Portal with your checkout email (Customer Account).

    • No need to email customer service separately.

    • Approved returns must be shipped back within your eligibility window.

  2. Processing Your Return

    • Returns are processed within 5 business days of arrival.

    • Refunds are issued per your selection in the portal:

    Refund to Original Payment Method:
    Original Price – Promotions/Discounts – Original Shipping – $8 Label Fee

    Refund as Store Credit:
    Original Price – Promotions/Discounts – Original Shipping – $8 Label Fee
    (Store credits are emailed as a gift card code and are available immediately.)


2025 Holiday Returns

  • Orders placed Nov 19 – Dec 10, 2025 are eligible.

  • Returns accepted until Jan 10, 2026, for store credit only.

  • Email returns@slaydonandrose.com to request a holiday return.

  • Holiday returns apply to requests outside the 21-day policy but within purchase dates above.

  • Standard 21-day return policy still applies to all purchases.


Damages

Important Notes:

  • Items are not considered damaged if issues occur after being worn or washed.

  • We cannot accept washed or worn items as damages.

  • Only items with original Slaydon & Rose tags will be accepted.


Promo Codes

  • Only one promo code per order; cannot be combined with other offers.

  • Free shipping codes valid for U.S. orders only.

  • If an order used a group discount, part of that discount is deducted from your return.

Example:

  • $10 off $50 purchase spread across 5 items ($2 off each).

  • Returning one item = refund of $18, not $20.
