Returns Made Simple
You have 21 days from your purchase date to return items that don't work out perfectly.
Items must be: unworn, unwashed, odor-free, with all Slaydon & Rose tags attached
What's not returnable:
- Custom tees and sweatshirts
- Direct-to-You shipping items
- Items ending in .99
- Items marked "Final Sale"
How to Return (Domestic Orders)
Step 1: Visit our Online Return Center Portal using your checkout email
Step 2: Select items to return - approved items get a prepaid shipping label
Step 3: Pack items securely and ship with provided label
Step 4: We'll process your return within 5 business days of arrival
Return Label Fee: $8 per return (deducted from refund)
Shoes: Must include original shoebox (don't use as shipping box)

International Returns
For our international customers, please email returns@slaydonandrose.com before returning anything.
- Store credit only (no cash refunds)
- Prior approval required
- You cover return shipping costs
Exchanges
Want a different size or item? We're happy to help!
Same Item, Different Size:
- Submit through Return Center Portal
- Email us at returns@slaydonandrose.com with item name and new size
- We'll check availability and process if in stock
Different Item:
- Email us at returns@slaydonandrose.com to request store credit for a different item
- Price difference? We'll invoice you the difference if more or refund the difference if less

Special Situations
2025 Holiday Returns
Orders placed November 19 - December 10, 2025 get extended return time until January 10, 2026 for store credit only. Email us at returns@slaydonandrose.com for holiday returns.
Damaged Items
Found something wrong within 3 days of delivery? Email photos to returns@slaydonandrose.com and we'll make it right. Items must be unworn/unwashed with tags still attached.
Promo Codes
- One promo code per order (no stacking)
- Free shipping valid for U.S. only
- Group discounts are proportionally deducted from returns
