Returns & Exchanges FAQ

You have 21 days from your purchase date. Returns must be registered in our Return Center by day 18.

Yes. Final Sale items (including custom tees, sweatshirts, Direct-to-You shipping, and items ending in .99) cannot be returned or exchanged.

All domestic returns must go through our Online Return Center Portal. Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid label ($8 deducted from refund).



International orders may be returned for store credit only with prior approval.



Once we receive your item, returns are processed within 5 business days.


Yes! Orders placed Nov 19 – Dec 10, 2025 are eligible for holiday returns until Jan 10, 2026 (store credit only).



Please report damages within 3 days of delivery by emailing returns@slaydonandrose.com with photos. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached.





Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. You’ll get a notification as soon as your refund has been issued.

Please note: it may take your bank or credit card company 5–10 additional business days for the funds to appear in your account. This timeline is set by the banking system, and unfortunately, we are unable to speed up that process.




Shipping Information

Our shipping rates are weight-based:


  • $7.00 for packages under 1 lb

  • $9.50 for packages between 1.1 – 3 lbs

  • $11.50 for packages between 3.1 – 15 lbs

Free Shipping: Orders of $200 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Custom Tees & Direct-to-You Shipping:

Additional flat-rate shipping charges apply to custom tee orders and Direct-to-You shipping items. (Details will be shown at checkout.)

You can expect your order within 3-5 business days of your order date.  You may experience delays during holidays.

Yes, we do!


  • Orders may not exceed 3 pounds.

  • International shipping cost is a flat $30 USD.

  • All customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Returns: International orders may be returned for store credit only and must receive prior approval.



We do not offer expedite shipping. We do make it our goal to ship your order as fast as we can.  

Order

Yes!  We can cancel some of the items or the entire order as long as it has not shipped yet. If you have not received a shipping notification from us yet , please email us at customercare@slaydonandrose.com immediately.  Place "Urgent, Cancel Order" in the subject line and include your name and order number in the body of the email.
