  • How long does shipping usually take?

 

At Slaydon & Rose, it is important to us that our customers receive the quickest shipping we can guarantee. With the exception of holidays, weekends, or unforeseen issues that affect the postal service, you will receive your items anywhere from 2-5 business days from the time the order was placed. Please note that heavier (larger) orders ship more quickly via Priority Ground Shipping rather than lighter (smaller) orders via First Class Ground Shipping.

 

  • There is a pending charge on my account, but I did not get a confirmation of an order. Was my order processed?

 Please check your spam/junk folder to make sure that it is not there. If you still don't see the confirmation, please email customercare@slaydonandrose.com and provide the email address given with the order so they can confirm if the email address was entered correctly. If that does not resolve the issue, it is probably an issue caused by an interrupted internet connection, incorrect information input on the order form, credit limit, invalid CVV number, etc. In this case, a hold is placed on the card for the amount of the transaction and will appear as a pending charge. The charge will fall off the account after your bank's system cannot find an actual transaction with our bank's system. Most banks tell you to wait 3-7 business days for their automated system to run its course. Since no actual transaction occurred, there is nothing we can refund or anything we can do to expedite the process, but simply ask that the customer waits out this process, and try to re-order at a later time when the internet connection improves and/or the charge is no longer pending.

 

  • Do you carry plus sizes?

Yes! We have an extended size section on our website and are listed in many of our clothing items. Unfortunately, not every item on our website will have plus size options as our vendors do not offer extended sizes in every item that we carry . We do strive to get them when available and are constantly looking for more extended sizes to offer.

 

  • Do your clothes run true to size?

Our clothes come from a variety of vendors who produce clothes that are true to size, but there is no way that we can guarantee this with every item from each vendor. Therefore, we have taken the extra step of personally measuring each item and providing those measurements under the item description on our website for the easiest and most accurate way to select the appropriate size for you.

 

  • How do I return or exchange an item?

You have 14-days to return an item. All returns must be approved through our Return Center. You will be given the option of choosing a store credit or a refund to your original method. All refund swill be processed in the way you originally paid. All refunds can take 5-10 business days to clear electronic banking once they are processed. Unfortunately, due to the rate at which items sale out, we can no longer offer exchanges. You can return the item and repurchase what you'd like with the refund or store credit. Current selling prices do apply and once we do issue a store credit we cannot reverse it. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return. You Can View our Return Policy here.

 

  • How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are usually processed within 5 days from the time we receive them. You will receive a notification when your purchase is processed. The money will show back in your account approximately 5-10 business days after they are processed. (This is not determined by Slaydon & Rose, but is an aspect of how the banking system works. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to expedite this process).

 

  • Is it safe to order online? 

Yes! Our Shopify system was carefully designed to make sure that all of your personal information is kept private. We also work with PayPal for those who desire even more protection. We do not sell your information, neither does our shopping system or banking services.

 

  • Can I return an item listed as Final Sale?

No. Final sale is an industry term meaning that the sale is considered final as is. No returns or exchanges will be processed on Final Sale items.

 

  • My package shows that it was delivered, but it is not here. What happened?

USPS sometimes marks the package as delivered when it is brought to your local post office, not actually delivered to your house. It usually shows up the next day. You can contact your local post office if you are concerned. They will be able to contact your local delivery person who can give more up to the minute information about your package.

 

  • Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but due to the large difference in international shipping prices, all international orders will have a standard charge of $30. Airport customs acts independently of USPS and may, at times, charge a fee at pickup. Slaydon & Rose cannot control these unexpected fees and are not responsible for reimbursing for them.
