Shipping Information

Our shipping is weight based. $6 shipping cost for under a pound.

$8 shipping cost for 1.1 to 3 pounds.

$10 shipping cost for 3.1-15 pounds. 

Shipping is free for all purchases of $200 or more.

You can expect your order within 2-5 business days of your order date.  You may experience delays during holidays. ** We are seeing slight delays with the pandemic 

Yes! Orders can not exceed 3 pounds and all custom fees are the responsibility of the buyer. The shipping cost is $30 United State Dollars. We do not accept returns on international orders at this time and all international orders are considered a final sale.

USPS sometimes marks the package as delivered when it is brought to your local post office, not actually delivered to your house. It usually shows up the next day. You can contact your local post office with your tracking number. They will be able to contact your local delivery person who can give more up to the minute information about your package. Slaydon & Rose IS NOT responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise.

We do not offer expedite shipping. We do make it our goal to ship your order as fast as we can.  

Returns and exchanges

You have 21 days to return or exchange an item. All returns and exchanges must be approved through our Return Center. You will be given the option of choosing a refund to your original payment method or to exchange for another size or item. All refunds will be processed in the way you originally paid. We will process your return upon receiving it within 5 business days. Once processed, refunds can take 5-10 business days to clear with your bank. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Not all items are eligible for exchange and items can only be exchanged once through our system.

You will begin the return process by registering your return or exchange in our Return Center Portal.  You will receive a prepaid USPS return label once your return is registered.  Returns must be mailed within 5 days of acceptance (the date you register your return) and must be returned within the 21 day return period.

No. Final sale is an industry term meaning that the sale is considered final as is. No returns or exchanges will be processed on Final Sale items.

 

Refunds are usually processed within 5 business days from the time we receive them. You will receive a notification when your purchase is processed. The money will show back in your account approximately 5-10 business days after they are processed. (This is not determined by Slaydon & Rose, but is an aspect of how the banking system works. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to expedite this process).

Your Order

Yes!  We can cancel some of the items or the entire order as long as it has not shipped yet. If you have not received a shipping notification from us yet , please email us at customercare@slaydonandrose.com immediately.  Place "Urgent, Cancel Order" in the subject line and include your name and order number in the body of the email. 

This can happen if something interrupts the checkout process like a zip code validation failure.   In this case, a hold is placed on the card for the amount of the transaction and will appear as a pending charge. The charge will fall off the account after your bank's system cannot find an actual transaction with our bank's system. Most banks tell you to wait 3-7 business days for their automated system to run its course. Since no actual transaction occurred, there is nothing we can refund or anything we can do to expedite the process, but simply ask that the customer waits out this process, and try to re-order at a later time when the internet connection improves and/or the charge is no longer pending.

Pay for your purchase in four interest-free installments (due every two weeks). Always zero interest, never additional fees when you pay on time. No long forms. You’ll know if you’re approved instantly and your order will ship as usual. (this information is from Afterpay.com)

Clothing & fit

Our clothes come from a variety of vendors who produce clothes that are true to size, but there is no way that we can guarantee this with every item from each vendor. Therefore, we have taken the extra step of personally measuring each item and providing those measurements under the item description on our website for the easiest and most accurate way to select the appropriate size for you.
