How do I start a return ?

• Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 21 days of your order date.

• They must be in original condition.
• Items must be unwashed and unworn and with Slaydon & Rose hangtags attached.
• Shoes must be in a separate box or bag to be returned.  We will not accept shoe returns if the return label is affix to the shoe box itself.  
• Custom Items and Final Sale items are not returnable or exchangeable.

Are there any charges for return?

• You are responsible for the set return shipping label cost of $9.20.  The cost of the label will be deducted from your return amount.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 working days.
